What to Expect

Along the way, you’ll dive into lively conversations centered around the 5 BIG F’s: food, folklore, film, friends, and family – the heart and soul of South Philly life.

Appetizer – We begin the evening at Alice with a glass of wine and a generously sized jumbo prawn appetizer— a perfect opening note to the evening. 

Sips & Bites: Next stop is Di Bruno Bros. Bottle Shop for wine and cheese and the opportunity to pick up a BYOB bottle for dinner.

Dinner and Dessert: We stroll over to Angelina’s Restaurant for handmade pastas just like nonna used to make, fresh salads, and warm crusty bread. End on a sweet note with a classic cannoli from Isgro Pastries and coffee — all part of a supper club–style evening built around good food and shared moments at the table.

Meet Chef Jacquie

With more than 35 years in hospitality and 16 years in business, I share the best foods, chef pairings and tips, coupled with fun and true Philly-style flair. My friendships with shop owners, restaurateurs, and culinary colleagues enhance the experience for my guests.

We are warmly greeted by shop owners, exchanging hugs across the counter, sharing scrumptious samples and welcoming us like family.

When you come on our food tours, you’ll see Philly in a way that’s authentic and full of our favorite F-words, food and fun.

All of my knowledge is passed onto my team, who are authentic born and raised in the Italian market with family-run businesses and understand the history and traditions. Our award-winning team is here to make sure you have a great time, walk away with great food memories and stories of your own.
