Recipe by Chef Jacquie
- 2 Heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 2 slices Vidalia onion, diced
- 6 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tablespoons of fresh basil, chopped
Arrange tomatoes on a plate, add onions and then drizzle with oil.
Season with salt and pepper and garnish with Basil.
Serve with sliced crispy Italian bread and enjoy!
