Family just called and you only have a few minutes to pull together coffee and cookies – this is your kind of recipe!

Recipe from Cousin Hilma, Queensland, Australia.

1 packet Arrowroot Cookies, crumbled
1 small can of condensed milk
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
2-1/2 Tablespoons rum
Handful of Sultana raisins
2 teaspoons coconut, shredded and extra coconut for rolling

Crumble the cookies. (I place them in a sealed sandwich bag and crush them with my rolling pin)
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Cover and place in fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Roll mixture into balls.
Roll in coconut and freeze.
Thaw 15 minutes prior to serving.
