Are you traveling to Boston? Wanna try a place that serves healthy food, uses no MSG, is affordable, and serves the best Asian noodle dishes? Then you need to get yourself over to Kenmore Square’s Noodle Street Restaurant – for lunch, a quick pick-me-up, or dinner.
While visiting nearby colleges with my daughter, who is a vegetarian, we were starving and needed something quick to eat in a casual atmosphere. We stumbled upon Noodle Street which is located near Boston University. You can dine-in, take out, have them deliver, and they cater too.
We perused the menu and it had everything from starters to dessert including soups, fried rice, curries, stir fry, and smoothies. The menu was easy to order from, it came with step by step instructions, to create your custom order. For example you can pick your salad entrée, and then choose toppings like crispy chicken, boiled egg, or tofu.
Noodle Street is a great restaurant for vegetarians and gluten-free diners. They have other options like rice, udon and soba noodles. They cook with zero trans fat oil and are very conscious and accommodating to other food allergies people might have.
I had to try my favorite soup, Tom Yum; a Thai hot and sour soup, which includes lemongrass, chilies, mini corn, snow peas, mini Bok Choy, tomatoes, and mushrooms. It was light and delicious, full of flavor, and the vegetables were fresh, tender, and cooked just right.
